Quebec strawberry latte recipe
Ingredients
- Quebec strawberries
- Double espresso
- Milk or plant-based drink
- Whipping cream 35%
- Sugar
- Ice
Steps
For the strawberry puree
- Wash and cut the strawberries into pieces.
- Place in a blender with 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste).
- Blend until smooth and uniform.
For the strawberry cold foam
- Whisk 1/2 cup 35% cream with 2 oz strawberry puree until you have a heavy whipped cream.
For the Strawberry Iced Latte
- Add 2 oz of strawberry puree to a tall glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the double espresso and fill the rest of the glass with milk or vegetable drink, leaving enough space for the “cold foam”.
- Top with the strawberry “cold foam”.
