The coffee can be exchanged within 30 days of its purchase on our online store.
Accessories and other products must be returned in their original packaging and cannot have been used.
In the case of a damaged or defective product please contact our customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 514-381-2233 and we will be more than glad to replace the product once your request has been approved.
After the 30-day period, no return, exchange, or refund can be claimed.
Requesting a refund
It is important verify that your order meets the above refund requirement before contacting us by email at email@example.com or by phone at 514-381-2233 or 1-877-381-8170 (toll free, anywhere in Canada) to arrange the refund and return of an order before returning the items to our warehouse.
Once our customer service team has been notified of the return and your refund request has been approved, you can ship your return to the following address 111 Rue de Louvain Ouest, H2N 1A3, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
We also have the option to return the items directly in person at our store located at 111 Rue de Louvain Ouest, H2N 1A3, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
