- Click on Next order date.
- Select the date you wish to place your next subscription order from the calendar.
- Click on Confirm.
Change frequency
Adjust the frequency to get your coffee at the right pace, without ever running out or piling up.
- Go to your subscription portal.
- Click on Change Frequency.
- Select the frequency of your next subscription order from the drop-down menu.
- Click on Confirm.
Postpone a delivery
Postpone your next order to avoid receiving coffee too soon and keep up the good rhythm.
- Go to your subscription portal.
- Click on Skip.
- Choose the amount of time to add before your order.
- Click on Confirm.
Update your info
Keep your information up to date so you can continue to receive your coffee at the right address.
- Go to your subscription portal.
- Under Delivery information click on Edit.
- Update your information.
- Click on Save.
Pause
Pause your subscription if you don't know exactly when you'll need coffee, but have a few too many.
- Go to your subscription portal.
- Click on More, then on Pause.
- Click on Confirm.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. Your future orders will be suspended. All orders in process or being shipped may be invoiced.
