Can I change my next subscription order date?
Of course you can! At any time, you can change your next order date, pause your subscription, skip an order, change the frequency of your subscription or cancel it.
Can I add or exchange products from my subscription?
Absolutely! You can exchange, add or remove as many products as you like from your subscription.
Does your coffee work with my machine?
Yes, our coffees are designed to work with all types of machines and grinders. Please note: the Bio Tre blend is the only one that may require more frequent cleaning, as its beans are the only oily ones in our range of coffees.
How much coffee should I order?
The vast majority of our subscribers order 1 kilo per month. This equates to around 1-2 coffees a day. If you drink more coffee, 2.5 kilos per month would probably be the ideal choice. You can change the quantity of coffee or the frequency of your orders at any time in your account.
How much does a subscription cost?
The cost of your subscription will depend on the quantity of coffee you consume, as well as the blend you choose. You will still benefit from 15% off the full price of coffee in your subscription.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you don't need a contract to subscribe. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time in your account.
