Barista Microtorréfacteur (“Barista”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information you provide us when visiting and placing orders through our site. We have drafted the present Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how we collect, use, store, and communicate (“process”) the personal information you provide us as well as your rights with respect to this information and how to exercise them.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return your purchase, we understand that you are consenting to our processing of the information for that specific purpose only.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure or malfunction of the platform caused by a third party. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You have the right to request access to and / or amendment of your personal information we process. These rights, however, are not absolute and may be denied if they conflict with other legal duties to which we are bound.
