We have drafted the present Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how we collect, use, store, and communicate (“process”) the personal information you provide us as well as your rights with respect to this information and how to exercise them.

In addition to the above, in you live in Quebec you may, in certain circumstances, have the right to request that we: (i) cease disseminating your personal information; (ii) de-index or re-index a hyperlink attached to your name that provides access to personal information by a technological means; or (iii) that computerized personal information collected from you be communicated to you in a commonly used technological format as well as to any person or body authorized by law to collect such information.

We will generally respond to all access requests within 30 days of the receipt of all necessary information. In circumstances where we are not able to provide access, or if additional time is required to fulfill a request, we will advise you in writing.

Where possible, we will sever the information that will not be disclosed and provide you with access to the remaining information.
