Africano
Africano is blended to produce a round, full-bodied coffee with a slight acidity. Roasted medium-dark, it has chocolate and vanilla flavors, as well as a subtle note of cherry blossom. This complex coffee remains accessible, with a taste that could be described as comfortable.

Dolce
Dolce is blended to create a velvety, rich filter coffee, light-bodied but with character. Its fresh buttery texture recalls the creaminess of a good Chardonnay, while its low acidity allows a sweet taste to emerge. Its mid-black roast gives it a round, accessible character that everyone will appreciate.

Marrone
Marrone is a filter coffee made from Sumatra beans, with low acidity and a slight bitterness. With its brown roast, it is delicious both as a hot infusion and as an iced coffee, with its notes of brown sugar and clementine!

Bio Uno
Barista's first 100% Arabica filter blend, Bio uno is also the lightest and mildest. With this coffee, we decided to opt for floral aromas such as almond and apple blossom. Very easy to drink, Bio uno is an excellent introduction to the world of organic coffees. Certified organic by Québec Vrai and fair trade by Fairtrade.

Bio Duo
Bio Due offers a full-bodied taste, thanks to its medium-dark roast. A tannic side reminiscent of fine wines, along with aromas of cocoa, rye bread and honey, emerge from this blend. Certified organic by Québec Vrai and fair trade by Fairtrade.

Nero
Nero was created to offer a full-bodied option for lovers of strong, intense coffee. This is our only blend with a black roast, also known as a French roast. This roast brings out a taste of smoky scotch aged in oak barrels, as well as notes of good toast.
