Nero was created to provide a full-bodied option for strong, intense coffee lovers. It is our only blend with a dark roast, also known as a French roast. This roast brings out a smoky oak-aged scotch taste and notes of delicious toasted bread.

Dolce is blended to create a rich, velvety filter coffee with a mellow body and character. Its fresh butter texture is reminiscent of a good Chardonnay’s smoothness, while its low acidity allows for a sweet taste. Its medium dark roast gives it a round, approachable quality that everyone will appreciate.

😋 Tasting Notes: Smooth and Rich
Africano is blended to obtain a full-bodied coffee with a mild acidity. Roasted medium dark, it features chocolate and vanilla flavours, as well as subtle notes of cherry blossom. This complex coffee remains accessible with a taste that could be described as easy to enjoy.

🌸 Tasting Notes: Round, Floral and Balanced
Barista's first 100% Arabica filter blend, Bio Uno is also our lightest and mildest. We decided to opt for floral aromas such as almond and apple blossom for this coffee. Very easy to drink, Bio Uno is an excellent entry point into the world of organic coffee. Certified organic by Québec Vrai and fair trade by Fairtrade.

The Bio Due offers a full-bodied taste thanks to its medium dark roast. This blend features a tannic quality that’s reminiscent of good wines as well as cocoa, rye bread, and honey

Marrone is a filter coffee made from Sumatran beans, with a mild acidity and a slight bitterness. This medium roast is tasty as a hot brew or as an iced coffee thanks to its notes of brown sugar and clementine!
