Characteristics

🌍 Highlighted origin: Ethiopia
🔥 Roast: medium-dark
🌸 Tasting notes: dark chocolate and floral

The Cremone, our "iconic" blend, is a favorite of many of our customers, and for good reason! Originating mainly from Ethiopia and with a medium-dark roast, its tasting notes are reminiscent of cocoa, more precisely dark chocolate, as well as a floral side that can even go as far as liquorice for the most advanced palates. In short, the Cremone is a real pleasure for discerning coffee lovers, offering a perfect balance of intensity, sweetness and complexity of flavors, for an unforgettable tasting experience in every sip.

How to taste Cremone

"Purist" approach

For those who want to appreciate Cremone and all its complexities in a more purist way, enjoying it as an espresso is ideal. As the name suggests, our Cremone offers a beautiful creaminess as well as a rich, thick crema that is sure to please any coffee aficionados. Tasting it in espresso allows you to fully appreciate its different aromas and tasting notes at their true value.

In drinks

For those for whom a short espresso might be less suitable, the latte is THE caffeinated drink where the Cremone shines the most. Its high intensity helps maintain its strong taste in the café latte, while its superb crema offers a beautiful base for making latte art!
