Recipe for Cinnamon Coffee Buns

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/8 cup finely ground coffee
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- Brioche dough
Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cream
Steps
Preparing the topping
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and ground coffee.
- Add softened butter and mix until smooth.
Assembling the buns
- Spread filling on brioche dough.
- Roll up dough and cut into rounds.
- Place slices in a baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Bake brioches for 20-25 minutes.
To prepare the glaze
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract and cream until smooth.
Finishing
- Once baked, remove from oven and drizzle with glaze.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
