Created in 2006, Cremone has become our flagship blend. Our goal was to explore African beans in order to create a recipe that would do justice to the largest coffee-producing region in the world. We decided on Ethiopian beans.

This was the first espresso created by Barista. Time has made this typically Italian blend a classic of our product offering. Developed in 2004, Autentico is the perfect introduction to traditional espresso at its very finest.

A vibrant larger-than-life blend. Barista's second creation, the Gran Barista stands out for its full body and powerful taste attributes. Originating in Central America, it reflects the region, which is known for its acidity.

😋 Tasting Notes: Caramel and Bright
Venice, or Venezia in Italian, is home to the very first roasting houses that date back to the 17th century. The manner in which coffee is drunk has since evolved a hundredfold, but the traditional Venetian method of roasting espresso beans has remained instilled in the culture. Our Venezia 1645 is our way of honouring these original Italian master roasters, whose know-how has been passed down from one generation to another for over 400 years.

🌰 Tasting Notes: Cocoa and Hazelnut
Our organic fair trade BIO UNO blend is not a compromise. It boasts the same high level of quality and power as the rest of our espressos. It is also one of the only Barista espressos that features a blending of origins instead of just a single one. Hailing from both Nicaragua and Peru, it vacillates between South America and Central America, although with each bag containing 100% Arabica beans.

Bio Due is a very tasty espresso blend with notes of chocolate, made with beans from the Sidamo region. It is an answer to the growing demand for organic and Fairtrade coffee in Quebec and elsewhere.
