Venice, or Venezia in Italian, is home to the very first roasting houses that date back to the 17th century. The manner in which coffee is drunk has since evolved a hundredfold, but the traditional Venetian method of roasting espresso beans has remained instilled in the culture. Our Venezia 1645 is our way of honouring these original Italian master roasters, whose know-how has been passed down from one generation to another for over 400 years.
