Barista's blend
Dark chocolate and berries - Colombia, Peru and Ethiopia - Semi-dark
The Barista blend is reminiscent of coffees created in the purest Italian tradition. And when you taste it, you can clearly feel the particularities of these three origins. Ethiopian beans from the Sidamo region give it a chocolaty, slightly floral flavour, while Colombian beans add a hint of acidity. With its fine texture, its robustness and long finish come from the Peruvian beans.
Our baristas recommend it for Espresso - Ristretto - Latte - Cappuccino.
Signature blend
Notes of silky caramel - Nicaragua and Peru - Medium-black
The Signature Blend is sure to charm lovers of fruity coffee. Less intense than the Barista blend, it is more acidic and, when tasted, the notes of citrus, given by the Nicaraguan beans, and silky caramel are clearly felt. It's a mild coffee, but the hint of bitterness adds a sparkle!
Ideal for americano lovers, Mélange Signature is also delicious for espresso-based beverages with a touch of milk, such as cortado and macchiato.
Neapolitan blend
Rich and caramelized - Peru - Black
This blend featuring Peruvian beans is perfect for people who want an intense, full-bodied coffee. As our only black-roast coffee in the Metro range, the Neapolitan blend lets you explore delicious caramel notes with a sustained yet delicate bitterness.
It's sure to tantalize the taste buds of even the most seasoned coffee connoisseur.
Colombian Velouté
Delicate and floral with notes of honey - Colombia - Medium-black
Smooth, rich and aromatic, our Colombian coffee is made exclusively from Supremo beans, the highest quality Colombian beans. Grown in volcanic soil, the beans give it a slightly fruity taste. Delicate and floral, its sweet notes of honey and almonds are clearly distinguishable when tasted!
This is the coffee that goes perfectly with every moment of the day, from the moment you wake up to the end of the evening! Whether brewed in a filter coffee maker, a conical filter holder or a piston coffee maker, its richness and aromas are sure to please all lovers of velvety filter coffee!
Nicaragua Full-bodied
Rich with hints of cocoa - Nicaragua - Black
Full-bodied Nicaragua is the darkest coffee in our filter range. Its roasting gives the beans a luster and intensity that will appeal to all lovers of intense coffee. When tasted, its roasted, chocolatey, smokier side is clearly evident, with a slightly fruity finish.

In fact, these 4 blends not only reduce our ecological footprint, since no chemicals are used in the cultivation of organic coffee, but also the carbon footprint associated with coffee production. Fair trade certification, on the other hand, ensures that working - and living - conditions are fair and respectful of the rights of the people who work on the coffee plantations, as well as respecting the environment.
