When beautiful warm days are just around the corner, we think there’s nothing better than a large glass of cold brew on ice. If you think the same, you’ll definitely fall under the spell of this equally bubbly and caffeinated summer mocktail!

Here we have a recipe for cold brew tonic! Whether you’re sitting by the pool or after a long bike ride, this is the drink for you!

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes

  • Cold brew coffee concentrate, quantity vary depending on the size of the glass used. YouTube tutorial available right here.

  • One can of tonic (around 300 mL)

  • One orange, lime or lemon peel (optional)

Directions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Fill two thirds of the glass with the tonic of your choice.

  3. Fill the remaining third of the glass with the cold brew concentrate.

  4. Add the citrus peel of your choice (optional).
