Recette de latte chocolat et noisettes - Café Barista

If we could bathe in this latte, we 100% would, it’s that incredibly DE-LI-CIOUS! It’s like a dream in a cup. Not only is it smooth, mildly sweet, and quick to make, it also features one of our favourite products: Stefano's hazelnut and cacao spread!

If you like coffee with a hint of chocolate, you will definitely like this comforting latte, which is perfect for a relaxing weekend morning! This recipe can be made with any of our espresso blends, but we have a slight preference for Venezia, which naturally has nice tasting notes of hazelnut and chocolate.

Chocolate Hazelnut Latte Directions

  1. Add one tablespoon of Stefano’s hazelnut and cacao spread to a latte glass.

  2. Grind between 14 to 18 g of coffee in a double portafilter and pull a double espresso over the chocolate spread.

  3. Mix the hot, freshly pulled espresso with the spread until the consistency is smooth and well combined.

  4. Prepare a latte microfoam by frothing your milk, or plant-based beverage of choice.

  5. Pour the microfoam on top of the espresso and spread mixture.

Small note: If you make this for breakfast, be sure to dip your croissant or favourite pastry. It’s doubly delicious!
