Pistachio fans will be delighted!

Whether it's the second coffee in the morning or the first in the afternoon, we like to vary our lattes throughout the day. Sometimes, we like them a little sweet, light in intensity with just enough flavour!

So here is our version of the pistachio latte that we keep simple and effective. You only need three ingredients to make this most comforting beverage!

INGREDIENTS

  • A teaspoon of Favuzzi pistachio cream

  • Pistachio milk, from Táche

  • Your favourite espresso blend — for our part, we choose the “Cremone des fêtes” for its notes of nuts and candied fruit.

Pistachio latte preparation

  1. In a latte cup, place 1 large teaspoon of pistachio cream

  2. Extract a double espresso (18g) on ​​the pistachio cream

  3. Mix the espresso and the pistachio cream to obtain a uniform result and texture

  4. Prepare the latte microfom by frothing the pistachio milk

  5. Pour the microfoam over the espresso and pistachio cream mixture

PS: Our recipe was designed for a latte, but it also works for any espresso-based coffee incorporating milk or pistachio beverage: cappuccino, flat white, etc. A recommendation from the editors would be to try it as a cortado. We're telling you, it’s genius!
