Today, we are sharing with you our totally decadent mocha cookie recipe. If you are a coffee and chocolate lover, you absolutely have to try them! They only require about ten ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen and are deliciously easy to make. So, without further ado, here is the recipe!

Mocha cookies recipe

Ingredients :

- 1 cup of flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/3 cup coconut oil

- 1 tablespoon of ground espresso coffee

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 shot of espresso

- 1/4 cup icing sugar

- 2 eggs

- pieces of caramel chocolate

Steps :

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

3. In another bowl, combine the cocoa, ground coffee and coconut oil (melted), then mix with an electric mixer.

4. While mixing, add the brown sugar, then the sugar. Once the mixture is smooth, add the eggs and espresso, then mix.

5. Add the flour gradually and mix until you obtain a dough.

6. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

7. Form small balls and roll them in icing sugar, then place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

8. Garnish each ball with a piece of chocolate.

9. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
