Are you familiar with the lassi? We had never heard of a lassi before Roxane from Station 22 and Barista Cold Brew Coffee liqueur introduced us to their rendition of a recipe inspired by this delicious drink. If you saw our latest CAFÉ SHOW, you know the recipe! We’re sharing it on our blog so you can save it to your favourites!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Barista Oat and Cold Brew Coffee liqueur

  • 4 oz. mango nectar

  • Ice

  • Highball glass (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill the highball glass with ice.

  2. Pour the Barista Oat and Cold Brew Coffee liqueur into the glass.

  3. Gently pour the mango nectar into the glass over the back of a spoon (to create a layered effect).
