Another new recipe for cold brew lemonade? We can’t get enough! And this time we added a little twist. With summer fast approaching, what a great way to be ready to host a cocktail evening!
Our friend Étienne from Distillerie de Montréal made us his version of a cold brew lemonade featuring Rosemont El Chapeleau agave eau de vie. This spirit is closely related to tequila or mezcal making it perfect for summertime. Here’s a simple two-step recipe with only three ingredients. Be sure to prepare your cold brew concentrate ahead of time. Of course, for best results, we recommend you use our Cold Brew Blend.
After all, there’s no better time than the summer to unwind! Cheers!
1.5 oz. Rosemont El Chapleau agave eau de vie
2 oz. sparkling lemonade, store-bought or homemade
2 oz. cold brew concentrate made with our Cold Brew Blend
Ice (optional)
Put ice, Rosemont El Chapleau agave eau de vie, cold brew concentrate, and sparkling lemonade into a highball glass.
Mix well with a bar spoon and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Enjoy!

One of the questions that coffee experts probably hear the most is:“What’s the difference between Arabica and Robusta?” The two types of coffee plants are at opposite ends of the spectrum, and by blending the two together, we can achieve the best of both worlds.
