Ingredients

1 tablespoon Cremone espresso, ground as finely as possible

100 g butter

240 g semi-sweet dark chocolate

4 eggs

1 pinch of salt

3 tablespoons flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate, stirring occasionally until liquid and smooth.

Transfer butter and chocolate into a large bowl and stir in all other ingredients.
