Frequently asked questions about our training courses
How can I give a training course as a gift?
The best way to give the gift of training is to offer a gift card for the cost of the training. The recipient of the card can then select the date and time of the course on our website and reserve a place in the group.
There are no more training dates, what should I do?
If you don't see available dates and times on our training page, this means that the time slot is currently full. We post training schedules approximately every two months. So, to be quickly informed when new dates are added, we advise you to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on our social networks(Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok), that's how we announce when new places go online!
Why can't I order more than 4 tickets for a course?
Our training space is quite limited. So, to provide the best possible experience for participants, we have limited the number of places. As a result, everyone can take advantage of the machines on offer, and our training colleagues can take more time with each participant to answer questions!
Can I bring my machine to a training session?
Our workshops are given in our National Barista Institute, where our own machines are made available during the practical section of the workshop. As space is quite limited, we don't offer the option of bringing your own equipment.
However, our specialists will be able to answer any questions you may have about using your machine. During the course, you'll be shown the grammage and extraction parameters that you can apply at home, even if you don't bring your machine to our premises.
