Our pumpkin spice tiramisu is a delicious twist on the Italian classic we love so much. Here's a recipe that's sure to impress your guests this fall! 🎃🍂

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of mascarpone (400g)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 4 oz espresso
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • Ladyfinger cookies
  • Caramel (optional, for garnish)

Steps

1. Prepare the mascarpone mixture

  • In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone and pumpkin puree.
  • Add the egg yolks and mix well.
  • Stir in the whipping cream, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and white sugar. Blend until smooth.

2. Brew the coffee

  • In a separate bowl, mix the hot espresso with the brown sugar until dissolved.

3. Assemble the tiramisu

  • Dip the cookies in the coffee mixture, then place them in the bottom of a dish.
  • Spread a layer of the mascarpone and pumpkin mixture over the cookies.
  • Repeat for a second layer: soaked cookies, then mascarpone mixture.

4. Refrigerate and serve

  • Cover the dish and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  • Before serving, add a drizzle of caramel on top if desired. Enjoy!
