20 Strawberries grown in Quebec

200 g white chocolate for baking

1 cooled short single espresso
Instructions

Rinse the strawberries and let them dry completely before dipping.

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and mix until smooth.

Add a single shot of espresso and mix until combined.

To make dipping easier, continue to mix gently until the chocolate thickens slightly.

After dipping the strawberries in the chocolate, place them on a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Simply leave the chocolate-covered strawberries to air dry at room temperature until the chocolate has set.
Lastly, hide them so you don’t have to share!
