Roxane from Station 22 came to showcase some delicious drinks made with Barista’s oat liqueur. One of the recipes she took the time to show us was bubble tea made with Barista’s own liqueur! We’ve written down the recipe so you can make this delicious drink at home!

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 1/4 cup tapioca pearls

  • 2 oz. Barista oat liqueur

  • Ice to fill the glass

  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee

  • 1 tbsp jam

Instructions

  1. Mix the cold brew coffee and jam together.

  2. Pour all the ingredients into the glass, starting with the pearls, followed by the ice, then the cold brew and jam mixture, and finally pour the Barista oat liqueur over the back of your spoon to create a fantastic caffeinated drink!

That’s it! Now you can savour your very own bubble coffee at home!
