Lovers of espresso and comforting drinks? Here are 3 recipes for espresso-based cocktails that can be drunk on a cold, gray day, or on a sunny, refreshing summer's day. These are cocktails signed by our mixologist friend Maximiliano Vallée-Valletta, who shared them with us during his last visit to Café Show. So get shaking!
Recipe for an alcoholic latte with Cremaglace
Nothing could be simpler: just make your latte as usual and add 1oz of Cremaglace at the very end. It's delicious, comforting and tastes of coffee and vanilla!
Iced coffee with rum and vanilla recipe
Ingredients
- Short or long espresso to taste
- 2 oz. Cremaglace
- 1 oz of rhum Sainte-Marie
- A few ice cubes
Preparation
- Extract a short or long espresso and allow to cool.
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Mix well.
- Pour directly into a glass.
- Enjoy!
Vodka and vanilla iced coffee recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz chilled espresso.
- 2 oz. Cremaglace
- 1 oz Vodka (vodka of your choice) Here, we used Rosemont Vodka from Distillerie de Montréal.
Preparation
- Extract a 2oz espresso and allow to cool.
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Mix well.
- Pour directly into a glass.
- Enjoy!
