If you’re looking to quench your thirst out in the yard but don’t feel like a beer, we have the recipe for you! As a bonus, it will satisfy your sweet tooth!
Serves 2.
2 cups of a plant-based ice cream of your choice (seriously, if you choose your favourite it’s going to be better!). This can be replaced with cream-based ice cream.
Oat milk (to taste).
2 oz. Barista Oat and Cold Brew Coffee liqueur.
Place ice cream, oat milk, and Barista Oat and Cold Brew Coffee liqueur in a blender.
Blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
Serve.
