Peach Cold Brew Fizz Recipe
Ingredients
- Peach syrup (see recipe below)
- Coffee infused maple syrup
- Cold brew coffee
- Tonic
- Ice
Peach syrup
- Cut 3 to 4 peaches into small pieces.
- Place the pieces in a saucepan with a small amount of water and a little maple syrup.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the peach pieces.
- Let the syrup cool.
Preparation of the Peach Cold Brew Fizz
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add 1 1/2 oz of peach syrup (adjust to taste).
- Pour in the cold brew until the glass is three-quarters full.
- Top up with tonic and mix well.
