You can sweeten your coffee in many ways, but our favorite is definitely using maple products—whether it’s maple syrup, maple sugar, or a delicious maple butter from Quebec.

If you’re a fan of slightly sweet and flavored lattes, we have a simple yet delicious maple butter latte recipe for you. Follow these easy steps to make this comforting drink.

How to Make a Maple Butter Latte

  1. In a latte cup, add 1 heaping teaspoon of maple butter.

  2. Grind between 14g and 18g of coffee into a portafilter and extract a double espresso over the maple butter.

  3. Stir the freshly extracted hot espresso with the maple butter until you get a smooth and homogeneous texture.

  4. Prepare the latte microfoam by frothing your preferred milk or plant-based alternative.

  5. Pour the microfoam over the espresso and maple butter mixture.

If you like, you can also sprinkle some maple sugar on top for an extra touch of sweetness. Your latte is now ready to enjoy!
