As Valentine's Day approaches, we wanted to share with you a recipe that will definitely please your better half. Our iced white chocolate moka, with its rich and creamy texture, is simply DIVINE and easy to make!
Ingredients
1 teaspoon white chocolate syrup (more or less to taste)
A double shot of espresso
½ cup of oat vegetal drink
¼ cup 35% whipping cream
Ice cubes
Red food coloring (optional)
Edible decoration (optional)
Preparation
Add the chocolate syrup to the espresso and mix well.
In another container, add the oat vegetal drink and the 35% cream and whisk with a hand milk frother until you obtain a dense and creamy foam (add a few drops of food coloring before frothing if desired).
Put the ice cubes in a glass and add the espresso.
Fill the rest of the glass with the foam.
Decorate if desired.
