As Valentine's Day approaches, we wanted to share with you a recipe that will definitely please your better half. Our iced white chocolate moka, with its rich and creamy texture, is simply DIVINE and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon white chocolate syrup (more or less to taste)

  • A double shot of espresso

  • ½ cup of oat vegetal drink

  • ¼ cup 35% whipping cream

  • Ice cubes

  • Red food coloring (optional)

  • Edible decoration (optional)

Preparation

  • Add the chocolate syrup to the espresso and mix well.

  • In another container, add the oat vegetal drink and the 35% cream and whisk with a hand milk frother until you obtain a dense and creamy foam (add a few drops of food coloring before frothing if desired).

  • Put the ice cubes in a glass and add the espresso.

  • Fill the rest of the glass with the foam.

  • Decorate if desired.

  • Enjoy!
