Each of our “signature” espresso blends has unique characteristics that make them deliciously different. Native to various regions, they are distinguished by their intensity, bitterness and their own tasting notes. Their uniqueness invites us to savor them in a specific way to appreciate all their richness. Today, we answer the question: “How to enjoy the Venezia 1645?” Here we go!

Characteristics of the blend

🌍 Highlighted origin: Kenya
🔥 Roasting:
🌸 Tasting notes: Cocoa and hazelnuts

The Venezia is our “tribute” blend to Italian-style slow roasting; it takes its name from the city of Venice, where the first roasting houses were founded in 1645. This blend is our most complex espresso, made mostly from Kenya beans and with a medium-dark roast, it has a captivating flavor profile. Venezia is distinguished by its cocoa aromas, which can go as far as tonka, as well as its notes of toasted nuts that can evoke hazelnut.

How to enjoy Venezia

For those who want to appreciate Venezia at its full value, espresso remains an excellent way to enjoy it. We appreciate all the richness of its aromas, from cocoa to tonka, as well as its nuances of roasted nuts.

However, the Venezia is extremely versatile and lends itself very well to other beverages. As an Americano, it retains its complexity while offering a subtle sweetness. For a milder taste, the Venezia is a delight when prepared as a latte or cappuccino. Its aromas of cocoa and toasted nuts blend perfectly with the creaminess of the milk and foam, creating a delicious harmony. Whether as an espresso, Americano, latte or cappuccino, our Venezia will satisfy all palates!
