CANADA POST - Shipping delays - More info

Wondering whether it’s possible to enjoy a refreshing iced coffee without compromising on the creaminess of milk foam? It certainly is! And cold foam is not only delicious, but very simple to make. We’ll show you how to get it right in just a few steps using a French press.

Step 1

Pour cold milk into a French press up to the filter. The filter must be able to touch the milk when in its lowest position.

Step 2

Raise and lower the filter repeatedly for about a minute. This will infuse air into the milk, causing it to thicken.

Step 3

Once the milk develops a nice creamy texture, pour the cold foam into a large glass of cold brew.

Step 4

Done properly, this will form a beautiful, distinct layer of foam over your beverage.

You can also flavour your cold foam with cinnamon powder, vanilla, or maple syrup. It’s a great way to upgrade your summer beverages. Check our recipe section for more coffee ideas.
