2 tbsp of butter
1 yellow onion, minced
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 cup of liquid coffee (espresso or filter)

Reduce the liquid by half.
Add the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
Mix well and simmer until desired consistency is reached.
Blend for a smooth texture and set it aside.
Coat the drumsticks with the rub.
Put them in the smoker for an hour at 250 °F.
Heat the barbecue to 400 °F.
Brush the drumsticks with barbecue sauce and finish cooking them on the grill, making sure to brush them regularly so that they become glossy and caramelized.
Add grilled vegetables and enjoy!
