In honour of the Gin and Tonic Week, we have concocted seven delicious cocktail recipes for you! Each of the cocktails below features a pairing between our various coffees, as well as the different 1642 tonics.
Tonic and Cremone
The combination of two classics, the Cremone with floral and chocolate notes, as well as the Tonic 1642, make this cocktail a must!
Ingredients
1 oz of Cremone coffee
1642 Tonic
1.5 oz of dry gin
A sprig of fresh rosemary (to decorate)
Steps
Add 1 oz of Cremone to a glass filled with ice.
Add 1.5 oz of dry gin.
Top with the 1642 Tonic.
Decorate with the rosemary sprig.
Enjoy!
Cucumber Tonic and Bio Due
The beautiful vegetal notes of the cocoa pods found in the Bio Due are reminiscent of the green and fresh side of the cucumber. A fresh pairing!
Ingredients
1 oz of Bio Due coffee
1642 Cucumber Tonic
1.5 oz of dry gin
A cucumber tagliatelle (to decorate)
Ice
Steps
Add 1 oz of Bio Due to a glass filled with ice.
Add 1.5 oz of dry gin.
Top with the 1642 Cucumber Tonic.
Decorate with the cucumber tagliatelle.

Light Tonic and Autentico
The soft side and the beautiful roundness of the Autentico, enhance the sweetness and effervescence of the Light Tonic.
Ingredients
1 oz of Autentico coffee
1642 Light Tonic
1.5 oz of dry gin
Blackberry pieces (to decorate)
Ice
Steps
Add 1 oz of Autentico to a glass filled with ice.
Add 1.5 oz of dry gin.
Top with the 1642 Light Tonic.
Decorate with blackberry pieces.

Pink Grapefruit Tonic and Gran Barista
The Gran Barista accentuates the notes of caramelized sugar, as well as being complementary with the bitterness of the citrus of the pink grapefruit tonic.
Ingredients
1 oz of Gran Barista coffee
1642 Pink Grapefruit Tonic
1.5 oz of dry gin
A grapefruit peel (to decorate)
Ice
Steps
Add 1 oz of Gran Barista to a glass filled with ice.
Add 1.5 oz of dry gin.
Top with 1642 Pink Grapefruit Tonic.
Decorate with the grapefruit peel.

Elder flower tonic and Bio Uno
The Bio Uno, with its kefir and lemony aspects, goes perfectly with the sweet aroma of the elder flower tonic. A very subtle agreement.
Ingredients
1 oz of Bio Uno coffee
1642 Elder flower tonic
1,5 oz of dry gin
Ornamental plum (to decorate)
Ice
Steps
Add 1 oz of Bio Uno to a glass filled with ice.
Add 1.5 oz of dry gin.
Top with the 1642 Elder flower tonic.
Decorate with the plum ornament.

Ginger beer et Marrone
The distinguished aspect of the ginger gives a kick to the Marrone. The natural notes of ginger root will appeal to consumers who like cocktails with body.
Ingredients
1 oz of Marrone coffee
1642 Ginger beer
1.5 oz of dry gin
Raspberry pieces (to decorate)
Zest of a lime (to decorate)
Ice
Steps
Add 1 oz of Marrone to a glass filled with ice.
Add 1.5 oz of dry gin.
Top with the 1642 Ginger beer.
Decorate with the raspberry pieces and lime zest.

Yuzu and Autumn Blend
The notes of spices and chocolate of the Fall Blend accentuate the natural effervescence of the Yuzu Tonic which is both fragrant and tangy. A winning combo!

1 oz of Fall Blend Coffee
1642 Yuzu
1.5 oz of dry gin
A slice of lemon (to decorate)
Ice
Steps
Add 1 oz of Fall Blend to a glass filled with ice.
Add 1.5 oz dry gin
Top with the 1642 Yuzu.
Decorate with the lemon slice.
