All our machines and grinders are inspected, cleaned, and tested by our team before being offered for sale to ensure they are functioning properly. Based on their history and cosmetic condition, they are classified into different categories.
Open Box
Open box machines have never been used. The original packaging may have been opened or slightly damaged, but the product itself remains brand new.
Refurbished
Refurbished models have been previously used and then restored according to our rigorous quality standards to ensure a reliable and high-performing experience.
Used
Used models are inspected and restored by our team but may show cosmetic signs of wear or contain previously used components, without compromising performance or reliability.
