Après 11 ans avec une machine italienne à vibration jme suis enfin gâté avec une vrai machine rotative. Plus besoin de réveiller tout le monde le matin.
J’ai suivi la formation barista de 4 heures avec les modèles Rocket ce qui m’a convaincu.
Rapide à réchauffer et le Cronometro j’adore. Tout est dans la régularité et en effet c’est très pratique.
Même s’il y’a beaucoup de steinless, très facile à nettoyer.
Très satisfait et encore merci à votre équipe et bon succès.

This machine provides consistent heat, espresso after espresso, even more accurately than the Appartamento, thanks to its PID (proportional integral derivative) system paired with a probe. This system allows your machine to maintain a consistent water temperature. Instead of heating the water, shutting off, then turning back on when the temperature falls too low, the Mozzafiato system keeps the water at the same temperature at all times. Furthermore, the probe can read the water temperature more accurately, which means you can enjoy all the potential the PID has to offer.

Rotary Pump: An Essential Addition

Rotary pumps are normally used in commercial machines because of their fantastic durability.
