Seasonal coffee of the moment
Every season has its own coffee: whether it's a refreshing glass of cold brew for those hot summer days, or a comforting latte to warm you up in January, our seasonal coffees are there to accompany you all year round. Our seasonal range is made up of four blends available each year for a limited time, specially designed to accompany you in all your seasonal activities.
We revisit the visual identity of each of these blends each year to give them a fresh new look. Over the years, the different versions of each of these coffees are a fine testimony to the evolution of Barista and the road we've travelled. We know that these blends have a special place in the hearts of many of our customers, and that's the case for our team too. It's a pleasure every year to revisit these classics and let our creativity run wild, reinventing them while retaining their essence!
This year, our seasonal blends will all be presented in our specially designed bag to celebrate our twentieth anniversary, making them even MORE special. We'll introduce you to each of these blends below to help you discover them, and maybe even adopt them!
Après-ski
January to March
L'Après-Ski, the name says it all! Our L'Après-Ski blend is back every year to accompany you through the heart of winter. It's ideal as an espresso after a day in the great outdoors. Whether you're a fan of the slopes or relaxing at the chalet, L'Après-Ski will delight your taste buds and warm you winter after winter!
Les Vacances
May to August
The long-awaited moment every year: the return of the Holidays! The Les Vacances blend usually arrives at the end of May, just in time for the start of summer. It's fresh and generally low-intensity, ideal for camping weekends or picnics in the park. The 2024 edition of Les Vacances has a new twist: it's now also available in cold brew. This means it can be enjoyed both as a latte and as a cold-brewed coffee, making it all the more versatile!
Fall blend
September to November
Every year, our Autumn Blend is a faithful companion to the arrival of the cool season and autumn colors. Year after year, it changes its tasting notes to offer you a new taste experience every autumn. From unctuous and spicy to fresh and chocolaty, it reinvents itself to remain your ideal companion during the mild days of this beautiful season.
Holiday Cremone
November and December
Holiday Cremone, a favorite of many! It's back every November, just in time for the onset of winter and holiday preparations. It's festive, rich and oh-so-comforting, perfect for warming up in front of the fireplace during December snowstorms, or for serving at your holiday visit. Its thick, creamy crema and intense body make it ideal for preparing your favorite espresso-based beverages at home!
Fundraising: For the past 2 years, Barista has been committed to donating 2.50$ per bag of Holiday Cremone sold, to the organization Le Phare Enfants et Familles a family-oriented resource for pediatric palliative care. In 2024, this initiative enabled us to donate 9,275$ to the cause.
