Is your coffee oily?

The vast majority of our coffees are designed for all automatic or manual espresso machines. The only coffee in our espresso range that may be oily is Bio Tre due to its dark roast.

How long does coffee last?

For optimal coffee storage, we recommend using the Barista bags we provide. These bags are specially designed to maintain coffee freshness.

We suggest storing your coffee in a dark, dry place, such as a kitchen cabinet. This will ensure your coffee stays fresh and delicious.

It's important not to store coffee in humid places like the refrigerator or freezer. Humidity can affect the taste and freshness of the coffee.

By following these recommendations, you can keep your coffee fresh for up to 3 months!

Are your coffees organic?

Our Bio Uno, Bio Due and Bio Tre espresso coffees, as well as our Bio Uno and Bio Due filter coffees are certified organic and fair trade by Fairtrade Canada and Québec Vrai.

What do the flavors mentioned on your coffee bags mean?

The aromas we indicate on our bags refer to the range of flavors you can perceive for each product, similar to the way we describe the flavors of wine.

Our espresso and filter coffees contain no added ingredients. They are raw products, so you have nothing to worry about allergens.

When is coffee roasted?

We roast Monday through Saturday, so you can rest assured your coffee is freshly roasted.
