The Eureka Mignon XL is a grinder that combines a touchscreen and timer with large, high-quality burrs. Its flat 65 mm hardened steel burrs bolstered by a 1650 rpm motor means your coffee will be ready to brew before you can say ‘‘espresso’’! The touchscreen lets you set the exact amount of time for each grind. As a result, even at its blinding speeds, you’ll always have the perfect amount of coffee to pull a delicious espresso every morning. This grinder also comes with the Eureka tamp station and mat.
