Only one winner will be drawn from among all participants who have met the entry criteria, on November 25, 2023. The winner will be contacted by e-mail. The winner will be designated from our offices at 111 rue de Louvain Ouest in Montreal.

The winner must be able to claim his or her prize by e-mail 48 hours after being contacted by the team, i.e. November 28, 2023 , and must have correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question.
All persons having one of the following links with Café Barista Inc. are automatically excluded from the contest: employees, representatives, families and friends of employees and brand representatives.
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
If no response is received by the Barista team to claim the prize after 48 hours following contact with the winner, Barista reserves the right to draw a new winner.
