Our professional barista training courses will help you immediately and substantially raise your level of knowledge or that of your team on the espresso machine. Our instructors and trainers will help you take your skill to greater heights!
Developed for restaurant professionals (employees and employers), the Espresso, Extraction and Microfoam course can help your team upgrade its coffee crafting skills or give new baristas a solid foundation.
Topics covered: basic maintenance of a commercial machine, extracting the perfect espresso, making microfoam and introduction to latte art.
This intensive workshop is designed for restaurant professionals, more specifically coffee shop baristas who already have solid experience at the espresso machine. Develop your artistic side and master latte art starting from basic models, which you can then use to create several variations. You will also discover the secrets of etching to produce more detailed designs.
Note: Developed for experienced baristas. You do not need prior training at Barista before taking this course, but you do need to very comfortable making microfoam, since it will not be covered in this course.
We can develop a course to meet any training needs of professional restaurant baristas.
We offer theoretical courses (espresso, coffee, manual brewing methods, espresso machine maintenance) and practical courses (extraction, microfoam, latte art) or a combination of both. We can accommodate up to 8 people at our facility or deliver the training at your place of business.
